Made as a study of Thomas Wilfred's theories on Lumia art, Max for Light is a Lumia composition and performance suite made in Max 8. Designers can create up to 15 individual scenes with up to 8 3D layers that interact with each other. These scenes can be performed with the use of a MIDI keyboard and altered live. Max for Light is a modern interpretation of Wilfred's Clavilux instruments.
