2020 Comotion Best Experimental Motion Nominee!

An exercise in alternative methods, using optical printing techniques with scratch film footage made by myself and some fellow classmates. The project started as some loose improvisation with the first single off of Rozwell Kid's Precious Art album, but later turned into a full on practice of the techniques learned in an alternative motion design methods class. The piece was amongst hundreds of other entries at SCAD's Comotion, a motion design conference for the major. It was chosen as one of the top three nominees at the show for best experimental motion design.
